NewMe Spa Policies
At our Beauty Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their NewMe Spa experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.
Your appointments are very important to us, they are reserved especially for you. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary: therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hour notice may result to a charge equal to 50% of the booked services amount. No shows may be required to pay at least 100% of the booked service amount to pre-book their next appointment. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
